My kindergarten students need to get books in their hands! They have spent the last year of the pandemic staring at screens but now they will be able to look at words on the page. Let's work together to help all students learning to decode and understand the text. With these readers we will be able to help them break apart and decode words. We will be working specifically on Nevada Content Standards Foundational Reading Skills to decode emergent text. (RF.K.3 Know and apply grade-level phonics and word analysis skills in decoding words.)
