My items will assist my students in the classroom with digital assessments, as well as, integrate app-based learning/programming in the weight room. With this technology, my students will take a leading role in their learning, and provide an additional tool to meet there day to day goals. Additionally, they will be able to track there progress across the board of fitness with an emphasis on strength, cardio-endurance, and functionality as it relates to the real world. With these resources weight room, my goal of lifelong fitness for my students can take a step forward.
