These resources/kits support all components of the Nevada Academic Content Standards for 2nd graders in Science. (2-L-S2-1; 2-L-S4-1; K-2-ETSI-2; 2-ESS2-1; 2-PSI-3) These kits support specific learning objectives of the NGSS and target essential standards for 2nd grade. These resources will provide materials for students to engage in hands-on science exploration. Students will be able to make inquiries and design investigations. These materials can be easily sanitized so that all students can participate safely. Due to distance learning last year, students were not able to participate in hands-on activities related to science standards. These kits will equip them to do so.
