The items I am asking for will not only help me to fill the gaps within the classroom - caused by the pandemic - but they can also motivate my students to practice at home and take responsibility for their own learning. Small groups is essential to my class and the CVC cards, flash cards, dry erase pads, work books and etc will allow for me to effectively differentiate instruction. Life is hard enough, these objects can make their lives easier and hopefully give them a better education. My goal is to make 2nd grade somewhat of a normal year by having options for facilitating materials, flexible seating, organization and opportunities for my students to grow.
