These books will help get a world and British literature section started within my classroom library for my new twelfth-grade students. With these new books, my students will finally have access to a variety of high-quality world literature. A variety of great titles empowers students to make choices about what they want to read independently and in groups. This selection of books has been chosen with my students in mind-the state standards dictate what is taught, but I have gotten to know the students and feel this variety includes something for everyone. Students will be able to choose books, which will help them continue to enjoy reading.

About my class
