Our students are coming back to the classroom post Hurricane Ida. Unfortunately, we can not return to our main campus this year. The storm has greatly impacted all of us in many ways. I lost 4 student desks that I desperately need to instruct my students. I am a computer keyboarding teacher and want my students to return to school and feel a sense of normalcy. Even though we are not at our original school, I would love the students to feel welcomed and appreciated. I believe my students deserve a nice place to return to after so much destruction has impacted all of our daily lives. I seriously can not wait until I get to teach them again.
