Being a special education teacher, I continuously adjust my instruction and materials to meet the needs of my students. There are many times where I find resources and visuals that would be helpful to assist my students during activities and lessons, but have difficulty providing those materials as I do not have access to a printer in my classroom. I believe my students would benefit greatly if I was able to instantly print materials throughout the day to provide assistance and support as needed. For example, if during a math lesson, I notice a student would benefit from a visual of each coin and their value, I can print that in the moment to support them as they complete group or independent work. This will ensure each child receives exactly what they need in the moment to be successful.
