With the personal dry erase boards, markers, and erasers, students will be able to practice examples and share with each other and the teacher more effectively through using whiteboards at their desks. The fun colors will help them color code their algebraic steps, which helps them remember them. The Rubik's cubes will be a fun day after we cover permutations and calculate the number of them a Rubik's cube has (which is about 43 Quintillion!). I spend a day helping them learn how to solve the first 2 layers, and show anyone else who comes in before or after class how to solve the 3rd layer.
