With these bikes, we will begin to develop a culture of movement. Students can engage in low impact exercise while reading and brainstorming, benefiting from improved energy, concentration and focus. They can use physical activity to foster positive and productive thinking. Cycling can improve the cognition, functioning and physical structure of a developing brain. The act of cycling increases healthy blood flow to the brain which enhances the brain's capacity for memory. The oxygen provided through cycling actually stimulates the brain's ability to grow and repair itself. These bikes will be a beginning to a movement enhanced diverse learning environment.
