Replacing these items in my Pre-K classroom will give my students the best opportunity for learning in the aftermath of Hurricane Ida. Students will be able to learn through play and social interactions. Many of my students need the ability to learn how to handle their feelings, as well as, interact with others through play. The students who are returning have lost their homes and personal belongings. These items will provide my students with a sense of normalcy in the midst of recovery from the hurricane. Funding this project will ensure that my students will not be left in the wake of Hurricane Ida.
