We have developed a PBIS system where we partner our older students with students in younger grades. Students work toward earning reading and playtime together. Our older students have helped us create a list of fun items that the children can earn for being good citizens and demonstrating our 8 Habits (we use the Leader In Me curriculum). The resources will be used as rewards students can earn as a part of our PBIS system. This system helps incentivize and reward positive behaviors across our campus to promote a culture of learning and kindness.

About my class
