The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students already have a "home." In other words, I know exactly where everything will go. We just need your help in getting everything through our door! I have a few students who have a hard time learning or staying in their seats! The flexible seating cushions, lap desks and chairs will greatly be used for their learning so they can be flexible and comfortable while learning at the same time! The markers will be used by my students so they can continue to learn, write, practice their math skills using their whiteboards. As well, the headphones will be used daily at school by my students for listening to audio books or other reading materials, such as, EPIC or Freckle. Now with your help, my students will be able to simply focus on the academic material and learning, and not focus on how uncomfortable they are in their seat especially. With these flexible seating materials and furniture, it allows the chance for my students to be more comfortable and they will be able to enjoy their space all while learning! With the use of adding markers and headphones into my classroom, it will increase their literacy listening and comprehending skills, as well as their desire to write, answer questions, participate, and practice math and other academic skills !
