I am teacher/ mother to students who come from diverse backgrounds. My students are 4th grade students who enjoy learning. Their opportunities to extend their learning is often limited to the inside of my classroom. We are part of a small school with only three teachers per grade level. Our classroom and school is very family like. Students often share teachers with their siblings. My students are eager to receive any information I offer them. They love for me to listen to what they have learned. My goal is to provide an environment where they feel important, loved, and most of all heard!
