These science materials will be utilized for hands on inquiry based learning. I will use these materials to help my students become critical consumers of scientific knowledge. The materials requested will be used for different grade levels. For example, the energy materials will be used for a renewable energy unit in fourth grade. The CSI unit will be used for a PBL on matter with fifth grade students and the recycling materials will be used with third grade students on ways to minimize the impact of humans on the environment.
