This is the first year for the library at my school. This is amazing because we get to build the catalogue from scratch. My goal has always been to allow students to see themselves in the pages of books. For this goal to be accomplished, we need to have a diverse and expansive library. Students will be able to check out book at anytime and keep them (or renew them) after a month. Students will access to the library all day--we do not close for lunch for planning. Reading can shape the mind. We went to be apart of that.
