A color printer would be a great asset as most of my students are beginning learners. Color words and colors are a great part of teaching the children. If they use blocks, markers, or other types of manipulatives, adding color to these items enhancing teaching. Color words are often the first words students learn to read. Implementing color into lessons helps students focus and encourages learning. It's nice to have access to Teachers Pay Teachers and other educational websites such as Education.com. Many of the websites have activities requiring the use of colors. My goal is to keep students engaged and help them progress academically and behaviorally.
