These items will allow my special needs students to have a positive experience at school. Sensory items will allow my students to focus in class. The books being requested will not only allow my students to read with success but also learn social skills through stories. Many of my students read below grade level. The high interest and low vocabulary books allow them to read at their ability while reading about age-appropriate subjects. Math manipulatives will allow my students to have success in math by seeing concrete examples and being able to interact with them.
