The products that I have selected will help my students with hands-on learning opportunities in math, reading, writing, and social skills! These will be extremely beneficial for some students that need to connect a visual to the academic concepts. The erasers are used for manipulatives in math for counting, adding and subtraction and the fraction tiles will be used for fraction lessons for my students to be able to visualize the fractions. I have several students with Dyslexia and the colored reading strips will help them when reading. The alphabet magnets, alphabet locks, alphabet cookies and interlocking blocks will be used for phonics intervention lessons to build and manipulate words and also for alphabet and letter sound identification. The Hot Dots Jr. will be used to supplement what I am teaching and a center activity to reinforce letter and letter sound identification. Due to the pandemic and lack of socialization and isolation my students experienced, there are many behavioral difficulties they are experiencing this year. The fidgets help them tremendously when teaching my students calm down strategies and in social emotional learning. I have seen how choice can positively affect my students' work and demeanor and hope that the additional learning options will help us grow even more! Help my students maximize their learning goals!
