The students will be able to use these resources to complete hands-on lab experiments to see how electricity and magnets really function. It is good to read the science book, but the kids really need to see how electricity and magnets function in the real world. For a student to actually build a circuit and use conductors to light a bulb would definitely change the students’ way of thinking from reading to actually doing. The magnets also fit hand in hand with electricity because of electromagnetism and getting to see the magnetic pull from Earth.

About my class
