These materials will help my students to connect to learning about the world in which they live. My students use visuals to help them to connect to important vocabulary, countries and other ideas that they learn in class. Coloring, cutting, and matching pictures to words, countries, and customs helps all my students learn faster and retain what they have learned. Even though the majority of my students struggle, they get excited about learning new things. I am hoping that by acquiring the supplies that my students need we can do more projects and hands-on learning.
