These materials will help my student be able to use digital tools to annotate, read, and write just like they do in their books. Also, an iPad and Apple Pencil, my students will also be able to design projects, illustrations, and collaborate with their classmates. We do a lot of group work in my classroom so having an iPad would be a wonderful resource for my ELA kids as well as my student council kids. The iPad allows students to explore outside of their Chromebooks and use programs they have never used before.
