The materials I am requesting already have uses in mind and they just need help getting to my room! I already have ideas on how to use all of these materials and know exactly how they will support my students. During speech therapy sessions with elementary aged children, I like to use games as reinforcements and this is where the games Kerplunk, Jenga, and Hoot Owl Hoot will come into handy. . The new inferencing activities and vocabulary cares will help my students to stay engaged while teaching new material or rehearsing materials that have already been taught! Throughout COVID, my student's had access to much less materials and ability to touch materials. Since we are still wearing masks, the The books, categorizing activities, and practice cards will me to support their IEP goals and objectives in a more meaningful way. And if needed, help them to "catch-up" on what they have missed and support them for the future.
