My students struggle to stay still in class and with 3 grade levels at the same time, it can become chaotic. They need to have more freedom of movement while in class but also need to maintain a level of order that does not distract others while they are working. Wobble cushions and fidget bands will allow students to move without disrupting class. Providing these benefits will help students focus in class while allowing them opportunities for movement in their seats. I have provided them with various fidgets in the classroom and it has improved focus but they still need more opportunity for movement.
