In class we have story time with a snack break each day. My students look forward to this time where they can recharge their brain. All day school for Kindergartners is tiring! Having a mental break and a snack midway through the day helps my students recharge and be successful with their learning. Prizes and goodies are incentives I keep in my treasure box at school. If students fill up their stamp card they get to turn it in at the end of the day for a prize out of my treasure box. This is a great incentive for students and really praises those good listeners in my room!
