Having the availability of a 3d printer in the classroom will allow my students to experience the evolution of a business product. In this instance it will be a fishing lure. They will be able to 3d design their product and print out the fishing lure model that they design on their computer. Once the design faze is completed the printing of the product will allow my students to see their vision come to life. Once printed they can then use the fishing lure they created to test out their design in the real world and see if they need to modify the design or keep it the way it is. This would serve as a real world scenario in which students can see the different fazes of production.
