During covid, we missed all hands-on activities with special mediums (paint, colored papers, etc). With these resources, students will gain a broader knowledge of material handling. Having the materials artists use will help students gain an understanding of why and how art is made. We will also be able study artists and speculate about the mediums they used and try it. VA:Re7.3.1 Speculate about processes an artist uses to create a work of art. VA:Re8.3.1 Interpret art by analyzing use of media to create subject matter, characteristics of form, and mood.
