In our classroom, we strive to create tools to ensure that independent time is meaningful and engaging for students. These center tools and resources will address multiple Common Core Standards in both math and literacy. The center materials will develop our students' skills in both areas, including their their social-emotional skills. After a year of virtual learning during the COVID-19 Pandemic, this is especially important! Students are able to foster healthy relationships and interactions using these resources, while practicing responsibility and building independence within their classroom in a fun, engaging way.

About my class
