Ukuleles are such a wonderful way to play together as a group. Ukuleles are accessible to the youngest learners and can be used all the way through elementary school (and beyond!) We haven't had the opportunity to play ukulele is several years, as our district set is shared between 14 schools and is often unavailable when it works for our school. A class set of our own ukes would give us the flexibility to learn and play throughout the school year! Our musicians are ready for more opportunities to learn harmony, rhythm, and ensemble skills. Not to mention- ukuleles are so much fun to play!
