The headphones will make a difference in my students' learning outcomes by providing the opportunity for them to spend some independent time working with math at their own level on their devices. The prizes will work as incentives to move them forward through the learning tasks. As students reach certain learning goals, they will be rewarded with prizes. The headphones will enable the student to progress through their task while watching the short 2 minute videos of skills that they needed help with. With the variety of math abilities in the classroom, letting them spend 15 minutes a day working at their own level goes a long way to helping to bridge the learning gap.
