The last year and a half has been hard for everyone but especially our students. As they come back to school, they really need help keeping themselves organized. After completing the first quarter of school, I came to realize that our students have no concept of how to write in a notebook and how to keep their papers from falling to the bottom of their backpacks. This lack organization is particularly hard in my classroom as I teach both social studies and science. Making sure my students can keep their work neat has been a challenge. My goal is to design binders for them to organize both contents in one spot but also allow them space to use interactive notebooks and be able to keep all items in one place.
