Students missed a year and a half of in-person classes in addition to having no live performances to collaborate on. For the seniors, their 10th grade spring show had to be cancelled when COVID struck in 2020. Now in their 12th year, after also losing a month of production time to Hurricane Ida, the students are back and remain passionate and committed to putting on this Fall show in only 6 weeks! Please help these students perform for the school and their community--their work is a great contribution for all! These students represent future leaders who have an amazing skills set in oral communication and storytelling. The show is a one-act and an original showcase of scenes written by the students about their experiences during COVID and of coming back together. The students need to wear masks to be able to perform as well as microphones to be able to be heard. The soundboard will allow the operator to control the microphones. The lapel mics will be used to record video that will be incorporated into the live show. Some mics will be lent out to students for use in recording video at home--a form of learning too for acting for the camera.
