The materials I am requesting include accessories for assistive technology in the area of communication. These are things like iPad cases and carrying straps. These accessories will protect the iPads that students in the district use to communicate and help students independently carry their communication devices from room to room. The students who will use these products rely on technology to supplement or replace their speech. Because this technology is used all day long, the accessories go through some expected wear and tear. These cases will go on the iPads I have on the shelf and directly into students' hands.
