Funding this project means students have more exposure to real world problems and develop skills in problem solving through exploration. Creating with LEGO bricks comes naturally, but taking it to the next level with STEAM park and brick packages in LEGO help them make concrete connections about physics and other scientific principles. Jobs in technology are set to increase by 22% over the next 10 years. Giving students exposure to things such as 3D printing increase the likelihood that they will consider tech jobs and feel confident they could achieve in these fields.
