These bean bag chairs will help my scholars be comfortable and at ease in the classroom, helping to create a positive environment for them to learn in. Many students find it incredibly difficult to focus and do well with their work, when sitting in a cold, hard, metal chair. Instead they prefer to sit on the floor on pillows or bean bags. Not only does flexible seating help students focus on independent or group work, but also improves engagement in whole group settings. My scholars are more likely to pay attention during direct instructional time, if they are able to come up onto the floor on a pillow or bean bag chair.
