The calculators are being utilized to complete a classroom set such that I can continue to assist students with learning grade-level content, without penalizing them for not having mastered arithmetic, yet. The headsets are being requested such that I can build learning stations such that students can work in a focused learning environment, while I work with individual students and groups of students to remediate deficiencies. The copy paper makes it possible for me to make the materials in order to fulfill this vision.
As an unapologetic Vegas local, I am striving to create a learning environment with a Vegas Golden Knight aesthetic.
This is of particular significance because the school is dilapidated and one of the original schools in the Las Vegas valley. Many of the classrooms are unwelcoming, and none of them have windows. I have already painted the room on my own accord and made design choices to get started. The remaining products would help create a more uplifting learning environment in which the students could be excited to come to and proud to show off.
