The standard that our project relates to is the Nevada CTE standard 1.1.4: Demonstrate positive self-representation skills by dressing appropriately and using language and manners suitable for the workplace. The demonstration may include: Dressing appropriately (i.e., adhering to professional rather than personal standards, following dress code), Maintaining personal hygiene. We are teaching our young adults how to care for their worksite uniforms with this locker to become good employees in the workforce. Our students will utilize the hats when working in our off-campus work experience sites. They will also use the lockers to make sure that their work uniforms are properly stored at all times.
