Having items like the drawing boards will help my students be able to work in multi-modal environments. It accommodates the different needs of students; as well as provides a way to work from a variety of different locations, like outdoors for plein air painting. After a year and a half of distance learning, I want to provide an improved and exciting experience for my artists now that we are back on campus. Additionally funding items like paint panels, and canvases help alleviate the costs of supplies for our class budget. Students will be able to experience more mediums and projects if these items are provided for our classes. VA:Cr1.HS.2II Plan personal artwork or design choosing from a range of materials and methods of traditional and contemporary artistic practices. VA:Cr2.HS.1II Through experimentation, practice, and persistence, demonstrate acquisition of skills and knowledge in a chosen art form using various approaches.
