Last year was an unforgettable year. COVID-19 had many ill effects and it left a lasting impact on many. Students lost a lot of learning time and even more remained inside their houses and most were not exercising to be remain physically fit. Now that the schools are fully opened and school teams/sports are in full effect, my students are ready to get in shape. A couple NVACS that the students would engage in if this project is funded are are 2.8.1 Apply knowledge of the critical elements in specialized skills and 2.8.2 Implement multiple strategies in physical activities.

About my class
