R.L.K.10 is the standard that students will engage in small group learning. This can be facilitated much more effectively if the students are engaged. I plan to use the tablets during small group instruction time to keep them engaged so I can focus on the students at my table. They'll use them to log in to Smarty Ants and IXL, both resources that seem like games but are chock full of learning support. The android system lends itself to a far greater number of learning applications which are all free.
