As a school district, we finally got the approval to have carpets in our classroom. As a result of COVID, students have currently been sitting on the hard floor on "sit spots". Having a carpet will greatly benefit my students and their success. A carpet will provide a more welcoming and comfortable place to sit on the floor while learning from the SmartBoard, listening to read-alouds, and participating in other classroom activities. This carpet already has a "home" in our classroom and my students can't wait to see it in person and use it every day!

About my class
