My district was gracious enough to check out chrome books for all students. However, since we are a Title 1 school, the funds did not allow for headphones. Most of my students families cannot afford to provide headphones for the students to use in class. I love using fun, interactive lessons during class, and without headphones it makes it difficult to focus, and students can't work at their own pace. Some students are required to test online. This way the test can be read to them. Teachers have not been provided headphones for those students, in return some are missing out on accommodations they greatly need.
