Since the pandemic, students have not had any hands-on activities for learning basic facts. I think our Multiplication Challenge will motivate these students to learn their facts while having fun! After these are cemented, they will be able to move on to harder concepts. The students will be challenged to focus on two of their more challenging math facts to practice regularly. When they feel confident that they have mastered their facts using the various materials, they will "test" out and move on to their next challenging fact. This will help them to be more confident in their multiplication fluency which will transfer into confidence in all math curriculum.
