There are endless opportunities for these materials to be used in my classroom! My class currently has Chromebooks, but many activities would be easier on iPads and there are so many Apps we could use to extend our learning! One thing I love about iPads is that they are extremely versatile! Not only will my students benefit from access to a different type of technology, but with the Osmos I already own, my students will be using tactile manipulatives to interact with the game. I own some Osmo materials from when 2nd grade had iPads instead of Chromebooks. The program has different levels of difficulty and will be able to challenge my students that are above level, be just right for my students on level, and engage and encourage my students who are working towards gaining confidence and footing in math.
