Our class supplies need to be separated due to Covid. The chair pocket holders will help the students organize their reading notebooks and books to read during silent reading. The children will use their informational books to cover standard RI2.10 which focuses on informational text. The books will help cover many reading standards in the RI strands. They will also have fictional books in their pocket holders to cover RL2.3. They will work on the 5 W's: who, what, where, when, and why. They will also focus on characters and how they change during the stories.
