I am requesting books, workbooks and cards to help my students improve and foster self-esteem, combat anxiety and work through depression. These books will allow students to engage in self-reflection at their own pace. Not all students, especially unhappy teenagers, respond to me asking questions; these materials will allow students to examine their thoughts and feelings and I can help them explore ways to lead happier healthier lives which will undoubtedly have a profound impact on their academics. I intend to share these books and workbooks with all the teachers I work with and it is my hope that we can change the lives of hundreds, if not thousands of students.

About my class
