Every day I have at least ten students ask me if I have any snacks. It is impossible for students to learn on an empty stomach, which is why I am requesting so much food. All of it will go to students who are working in my classroom to learn and build knowledge after a year and half of online school. Any donations to this project will directly increase a student's ability to learn and improve their scientific abilities. I am also requesting clipboards and beanbag chairs for my students who struggle to sit still. After being online for so long, returning to in person 80 minute classes is a struggle. By allowing them to work standing up or in more comfortable chairs, I hope they will stay engaged with the material. We are about to begin focusing on PS.HS.2.6, and these materials will contribute to our classroom environment.
