Students will have the opportunity to extend their learning through the study of origami. This group will be open to students of all ages and abilities and will start from the very basics. Students will learn how to create basic shapes and work their way up to more complex folds. In the process of learning origami students will deepen their understanding of mathematical concepts. Connections will be made between the worlds of math and origami through the projects they create. After an introductory period students will have the chance to lead the class in projects of their own choice.
