During our live instruction, students that have been exposed or come into close contact with an individual that tests positive for COVID are quarantined for 10 days. This laptop will make it easier for me to connect with them after hours and to assign virtual lessons for them to work on during these times. My learners will be so excited when they dive into lessons that are centered on solving real life problems that they would face in the real world. I will also use this laptop when I am teaching in the classroom. I can utilize the laptop for data collection or showing videos while I am working with a small group of students. This will keep students engaged in work without distractions. Being able to provide my students with the best technology in my classroom is a key to keep my students engaged and excited about learning. All math standards will be supported when I am able to work at a higher speed to find quality learning activities for my lessons.
