Science is the best class because kids get to get their hands dirty. Students love the interaction of science class. It gets the kids who do not normally engage, ENGAGED. The students learn so much by using the lasers along with the lenses and mirrors. They can literally see the the wave interactions like reflection, refraction, transmission and absorption. The rock and mineral study and the DNA/ genetics tasting kit will give the students first hand knowledge of the concepts we learn in class. So, my dream is for my students to realize the wonder of their world and desire to want to know more.
