The school district provided us with much needed headphones at the beginning of the year, but with constant use and the quality of the materials, most have become unusable. A class set of headphones would help each student be able to listen to audio text and record themselves reading to increase their fluency. The current event magazines and resources would be a great resource to teach each kid about what is happening in the world around them. By providing headphones and engaging reading materials, the students are able to access an endless supply of reading resources at their fingertips.
